| Description | This quaint pattern was found in the home of the Norton family in Suffield, Connecticut. The Nortons were early American manufacturers of wall decorations and operated the Eagle Wallpaper Mill. The original was located in the attic of the Norton home among a collection of unusual patterns. It is believed that many of these patterns were imported from Europe and reproduced or used as the basis of new designs. |
